Terms of Service

These Terms govern the use of Shorts Otopilotu (the "Application"), an internal tool operated by Muhammet Umut Aksoy (the "Operator"). The Application is not offered to the public; its only user is the Operator, acting on YouTube channels the Operator owns.

1. YouTube Terms of Service

The Application uses YouTube API Services. Any user of the Application agrees to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service and acknowledges the Google Privacy Policy. The Application's handling of data is described in our Privacy Policy.

2. Permitted use

The Application may only be used to upload, schedule and analyze videos on channels owned by the person who authorized it.
It must not be used to upload content that violates YouTube's Community Guidelines, copyright, or the YouTube API Services Developer Policies.
Every video published through the Application must be original work of the Operator, with sources of the underlying story cited in the description.

3. Authorization and revocation

Access to a channel is granted through Google OAuth 2.0 and can be revoked at any time from the Google security settings page. Revocation stops all activity of the Application on that channel.

4. No warranty

The Application is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. The Operator is responsible for all content published through it.

5. Changes
